If you are really pressed for time, use multitasking products for skin care and make-up. Choose 2in1 micellar water and toner; such a trick lets you cleanse and moisturise the skin at the same time. Next, apply a lightweight cream that will protect your skin from UV radiation, moisturise, deliver lots of vitamins and energy. What is more, you can buy drugstore cosmetics that work as a foundation and condition the face skin. There are also products that give a matte finish, heal the skin and fight free radicals. EVENING SKIN CARE

Several-minute skin care routine is enough to make your skin clean and hydrated. Use the same cosmetics as in the morning. Remember that they must contain a larger dose of concentrated ingredients. Choose cosmetics that have firming and nourishing substances in the list of components e.g. collagen, peptides, coenzyme Q10, antioxidants. Use ampoules, serums, eye creams with cooling properties and sleeping masks in the evening.
