Let me reveal the secret of slim body without exercising

How to lose weight without exercising? It’s possible because the proper diet constitutes 70% of the whole success. The remaining 30% is made up from physical activity which doesn’t necessarily focus on tedious leg swings in the sweat of our brows. Let me reveal my secret to you.

My metabolic rate isn’t that good I wish it was because every bigger meal or fatty dish is digested by my organism long. It turns out that the solution which works for me is drawing a bill of fare, planning of a day and sticking to this. Since I started practising this idea I haven’t experienced the problem of a big belly or, so-called, love handles. A slim body begins mainly from what we eat and how our physical activity looks like.

MY WAYS TO OBTAIN SLIM BODY WITHOUT EXERCISING

1. Stretch in front of the TV

Do you like relaxing in front of the TV once you finally get home after work? That’s O.K. You don’t have to change this little pleasure in difficult exercises on a training mate. It will be enough just to modify the way you watch TV. Do cat camel, swing your legs, stretch your back or calves, sit a few minutes with your abdomen muscles flexed – that will do the job.

2. Move while talking

Do you talk by phone frequently? Personally, the person I talk the most often with is my mother. I call her almost every day to tell her all the things that have happened to me recently. Sometimes the conversation lasts an hour or more and this is a great opportunity to exercise a little bit. Keep moving when you are on the wire by walking, for example. An hour of taking a stroll is better than nothing!

3. Cut down on sugar intake

You love sweets, don’t you? Me too, therefore, I can’t totally restrain from eating sugar. However, I do my best to replace sweets with for example, fruit. Sugar is called the white death because while being processed by our organism it destroys skin proteins like collagen. This leads to skin getting flabby. Just limit the amount of consumed sugar a day and that’s all!

4. Always choose physical activity

O.K., that’s obvious, there are days in our lives that we simply just don’t feel like doing any exercises. However, if you can choose between taking steps or entering an elevator, or when you can talk a walk instead of riding on a tram for 10 minutes, choose wisely. If I don’t have to dash somewhere, I try to choose more healthy, blood circulation stimulating and not that exhausting physical activities.

5. Use natural oils

Do you think that applying anti-cellulite balm is enough? By my experience, I can recommend you more natural care. Natural body oils aren’t only cheaper, safer and easier to get, but also they are more effective. It turns out that you can make your body slim by applying certain oils that help conquer cellulite. These oils are coconut, rosemary or almond. All three of them are my favourite ones.
