In other words, such poor condition of your feet can be connected with fungal or bacterial disease, shortage of zinc or fatty acids, dermatological ailments, circulatory system disorder, as well as the way we put our feet on the ground while walking.

Ways to deal with dry skin and cracked heels

Firstly, change your diet. Consume products rich in fatty acids as well as vitamins C, D and K. Also, include fresh vegetables and fruit, resign from processed food, fast food and fizzy drinks. How to prepare your homemade ointment for cracked heels? Take two pots and prepare water bath. Pour 2 spoons of water to the smaller pot and add magnesium flakes. When the two ingredients combine, add the remaining ingredients. Stir to obtain even mass, let it cool down and put into refrigerator for 15 minutes. Then, use a food mixer to beat up the mass – try to get the consistency of butter. Your DIY ointment for smooth skin and cracked heels is now ready!

How to use the DIY Ointment?

The cosmetic has to be applied to cleansed and dry foot skin every evening. If you would like to obtain better results, perform peeling first. Put on socks to facilitate the ointment penetrating your skin. Note, if you are pregnant, resign from adding the essential oils.
